Jennifer is the Practice Administrator at the Dental Specialty Center. She was born in Bath, Maine and has been in the dental industry for over 20 years.
Jenn is the type who enjoys working with people both internally and externally. She likes being part of a team that works together to find solutions and make a patient’s day a little brighter. She first got into the dental field over 20 years ago at an oral surgeon’s office and fell in love with the gift of helping someone feel better about their smile.
Jenn has been married for 28 years to her best friend Keith. She has a daughter who is married and a son who’s engaged to be married next year. Jenn and her husband have 2 dogs Bayou & Nola. In Jenn’s free time she enjoys camping, traveling, and spending time with family. She is looking forward to the birth of her first grandchild in July 2021.
After a friend recommended the dental field to her, Jana broadened her interests to periodontology and oral surgery. Jana enjoys much about her job including patient interactions, continuing education, and of course, her wonderful co-workers.
When Jana is not in the office, you may find her watching Penn State or Steelers football with her wonderful husband of 30 years and their son. Being a creative person, Jana has a wide variety of interests like quilting, scrapbooking, cooking, and traveling. In fact, she hopes to soon visit several places including Montana, Jackson Hole, WY, and Albuquerque, NM. Her dream trip is a return trip to Ireland and Italy.
Starting her business career with an associate’s degree in human services, Lorrie has become a leader in the business side of the dental field. With over six years of experience in dental, Lorrie has become an integral part of helping patients make decisions concerning their periodontal treatment options. In the office, Lorrie is a positive presence because of leadership as well as her smile and laugh that brightens everyone’s day. When you visit the office, look at her desk because she absolutely loves anything dragonflies and whales.
Outside of the office, Lorrie enjoys spending time with her husband of over 40 years, her two sons, and her granddaughter. Being an outdoor person, you might find Lorrie hiking, kayaking, or gardening. She is also an active volunteer for the Caring Cupboard Food Bank.
Lauren is one of our talented Treatment Coordinators at the Dental Implant Center. She grew up in Lewistown, PA but went to high school in Colorado. Lauren has been in the dental field for over 5 years and is currently studying online to get her certification in medical billing & coding! Her favorite part about working at our office are the patients and her co-workers. She feels that working as a team constantly improves the care patients receive and the coordination that gives patients an easier process of treatment. When she isn’t at the office she loves hiking, traveling, going to concerts, and spending time with friends/family especially her daughter Grace. Lauren also volunteers at Project Share, Free Mom Hugs, and the American Cancer Society.
Shannon is a Treatment Coordinator who’s been in the dental field for over 20 years. She grew up in Hollidaysburg, PA, and attended Mount Aloysius College.
Shannon loves her job because it involves a lot of teamwork and working together with her coworkers. In her free time, she enjoys any outdoor activities and camping trips with her family. Shannon has been married for 15 years and has a daughter Hailey and 3 cats. She took piano lessons for 11 years and can play a mean Beethoven!
Rebecca is our newest Treatment Coordinator at the Dental Specialty Center. She attended Lock Haven University and is new to the dental industry. Her favorite part of the job is having the ability to help others in a less stressful, and more rewarding environment than previous jobs she’s held. Rebecca loves working with patients, meeting new people, and learning new things everyday.
Rebecca is married with 2 children, 4 horses, 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 rabbits, 7 hermit crabs, and a beta fish. In her free time, she can be found horseback riding, fishing, spending time with her family, and traveling. Her dream is to one day turn a bus into a camper and travel the country.
